We believe assessment of risk is vital in making a decision especially if it is to do with security issues. Our first step is to identify, assess, monitor in order to achieve a reduced impact of risk – these steps are known as Risk Management.
Our consultants, technician and engineers are trained to carry this out and a report is then provided to client for further action. Risk management allows us to manage uncertainty using a structured approach.
The strategies to manage threats (uncertainties with negative consequences) typically include transferring the threat to another party, avoiding the threat, reducing the negative effect or probability of the threat, or even accepting some or all of the potential or actual consequences of a particular threat, and the opposites for opportunities (uncertain future states with benefits).
